Scott was raised in Montana and loves being outdoors – fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking or gardening. He has served churches in Oklahoma, Georgia and Texas. He has self-published several books and curriculum and contributes to the Facebook page 728b. Sheree grew up in Oklahoma and remains a Sooner fan. She works as an accountant for Wichita County. They have two grown daughters, Darby and Roxy. Scott began preaching at Edgemere in 2019.
Stephen Wolf is duly-appointed as the Associate Minister for the Edgemere Church of Christ in Wichita Falls, Texas and the Director of Christ Prison Ministry. He also serves as the congregational lead for International and Domestic Missions. Stephen received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Science from Auburn University and served as a Medical Entomologist and Public Health Officer in the Army and Air Force for over 21 years. In 2003, Stephen was called into vocational ministry and served in various roles as a preacher, teacher, deacon, and a local leader in a plethora of ministries at congregations around the world, including those in Korea, Germany, and Japan. Stephen received his Masters of Ministry from Harding University in 2015 and completed his coursework for his MDiv Equivalent from Regent University in 2020. Stephen has been in full-time ministry in Wichita Falls since July 2017 when he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the USAF. Stephen actively teaches and preaches wherever he goes as he loves sharing the Good News regarding the Grace, Mercy, and Peace of Jesus Christ. He actively serves on the Wichita Christian School Board of Directors and his passion is traveling in order to witness God’s design and sovereignty around the globe. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Karen, since the summer of 1993 and has two children. Karen & Stephen met on the very day of class as Freshman in college and Karen went on to earn BS and MA degrees from Auburn’s College of Architecture. Stephen’s son, Alex, graduated from Wichita Christian and Harding University (B.S., Biomedical Engineering) and now serves as an Ensign in the US Navy’s Nuclear Engineering Program. His daughter, Alaina, also graduated from Wichita Christians and recently completed her Sophomore year at Harding University where she is enrolled in the Medical Humanities/Pre-Medical Professional Option. Logan Pipes is our Youth and Family Minister. He grew up at Edgemere and his family has been part of the Edgemere church of Chirst since the early 1970’s. He graduated from Wichita Christian High School and went to Oklahoma Christian University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth and Family Ministry. Logan is married to Delaney, a kindergarten teacher at Wichita Christian, and together they have two daughters Charlotte and Miller.
